PEP Player Card
The Player Card section in the PEP Platform provides a centralized view of a player’s details, including personal information, gamification progress, and gaming behavior. This section enables support and management teams to access critical player data, review engagement history, and make necessary adjustments. Below are the key areas covered in the Player Card.

1. Player Overview (Profile Panel)

The left-side panel displays essential player details, accessible across all tabs:
Profile Information: Player name, username, rank, and XP progress.
Gamification Features: Displays activation status, XP points, level, and tokens.
Personal Information:
Unique Player ID
Account Status (Active, Suspended, etc.)
Email and Mobile Number
Birthdate and Address
Language Preference
Consents: Displays available player consents for communication.
Available Actions:
Adjust Tokens
View Token History
2. Gamification Section

The Gamification tab provides insights into the player’s engagement with the gamification system.
2.1. My Rewards
Displays all earned rewards and their current status, offering Operators a complete view of each player’s activity and achievements.
Includes the following information:
Status: Indicates the current stage of the reward lifecycle (Unclaimed, Pending Activation, Activated, Granted, Completed, Declined, Failed, or In Progress).
Granted Date: Shows the exact date and time when the reward was issued to the player.
Gamification Source: Displays where the reward originated, such as Ranks, Missions, Tournaments, or Reward Shop.
Reward Type: Identifies the category of the reward (e.g., XP Points, Token Booster, Mission Booster, Shield, or External Reward).
Reward: Lists the specific reward granted, including details such as the item name, bonus type, or amount.
Filters: Allows users to refine the list by Date, Source, or Type, making it easier to locate specific rewards.

2.1.1 Manual Reward:
This option allows Operators to manually grant or remove rewards directly from the Player Card. XP Points, Tokens, Boosters, or External Rewards directly from the Player Card.

Reward Type: Select the type of reward to be added or removed — XP Points, Tokens, Boosters, or External Rewards.
Action: Choose whether to Add or Remove the selected reward type.
Amount: Enter the quantity to be added or deducted.
Comment: Add an internal note or justification for the action (optional).
Balance Summary: Displays the player’s Current Balance, Amount to be added or removed, and the Total Balance after the update.
2.2. Tournaments
Lists past and ongoing tournaments the player has participated in.
Displays tournament name, duration, type, and priority.
Provides filtering options for date, type, and priority.

2.3. Mission History
Displays all missions completed by the player.
Shows mission names, completion timeframes, and priority levels.
Allows filtering by month, type, and priority.

2.4. Reward Shop History
Shows all purchases made by the player in the Reward Shop.
Includes:
Item Name (e.g., Free Spins, Special Passes, Tokens)
Reward Type (Bonus Offer, External, Mission Booster)
Date of Purchase
Quantity and Prices (Total & Real Price)
Purchase Status (Purchased, Shipped)
Users can filter purchases by date, type, and status.

2.5. Token Adjustments and History
Displays token balance and history of adjustments.
Users can adjust tokens manually.
Provides an overview of previous adjustments, including:
Adjustment Date & Time
Amount Added or Removed
Adjustment Reason (if applicable)
3. Personalization Section
The Personalization tab contains insights into the player’s gaming behavior and preferences.

3.1. Casino Overview
Provides game category distribution (Table Games, Live Casino, Slots, Jackpots, Poker, Roulette).
Displays favorite games and their turnover contribution.
Offers data filtering options by lifetime or period.
3.2. Game Provider Analysis
• Displays the percentage distribution of wagers across different game providers (e.g., NetEnt, Microgaming).
• Helps assess player preferences and engagement trends.
3.3. Open External PAMS
Provides quick access to external player account management systems (if applicable).

4. Campaign & Player Data
• The Campaign History tab logs previous marketing campaigns involving the player.
