2.0 - Settings - Gamification

2.1 The “Gamification” section within the Settings allows operators to configure various aspects of the gamification elements in the PEP platform. Here are the main features that can be configured:

1. Default Currency: Select the default currency for transactions and rewards in the gamification system. You can choose from different currencies such as USD or others depending on your platform’s offerings.

2. XP Points Settings: Here, you can configure how experience points (XP) are earned. You have the option to base the earning of XP on different criteria, such as total bet amount or average bet amount.

3. Tokens Settings: Similar to XP points, this allows you to configure how tokens are awarded to players. You can set the method based on metrics such as the total bet amount or other parameters.

4. Player Category Settings: Here, you can define how players are categorized based on behavioral criteria. You have the option to classify players by metrics such as average bet amount, average real money bet amount, or total deposit value.

5. Sports Event Type Contribution: This option establishes which type of sports event a player’s activities contribute to in terms of the gamification points or rewards.

6. Loyalty Opt Out: Operators can manage player opt-outs from loyalty programs. This feature offers a choice to either delete all counters after an opt-out or keep progress even after opting out.

2.2. Loyalty Opt Out

The “Loyalty Opt Out” option allows operators to control how players can opt out of loyalty programs. When a player opts out, operators can choose between the following options:

• Delete all counters after Opt-Out: This removes the player’s progress and resets their loyalty points.

• Keep progress after Opt-Out: The player’s progress remains even after opting out, allowing them to rejoin the loyalty program without losing their past achievements.

2.2.1. Loyalty Opt Out Reasons

This setting lets operators define specific reasons why players might choose to opt out of loyalty programs. Administrators can add different options for players to select when opting out, such as personal preferences or dissatisfaction with rewards.

2.3. Reward Shop Custom Fields

The “Reward Shop Custom Fields” feature allows operators to customize additional fields in the reward shop. This is helpful when collecting extra information during the purchase process, such as special requests or preferences for rewards. Operators can configure fields that will appear during transactions, including options like text boxes, checkboxes, or drop-down selections.

2.3.1 Low Stock Alert

This setting allows operators to configure email notifications when Reward Shop items reach a defined stock threshold. Operators can specify the quantity that triggers the alert and the recipient email addresses. An additional notification is sent automatically when an item reaches zero stock, helping operators manage inventory proactively and avoid interruptions in the Reward Shop experience.

2.4. Game Catalog

This setting lets operators integrate the game catalog with the gamification system. By configuring the integration, you can ensure that players’ activities in the game catalog are accounted for in the gamification metrics, such as XP points or rewards earned through game play.

2.5. PAMS Player Card

Operators can define the URL for the PAMS (Player Account Management System) Player Card. This feature is essential for linking player profiles with their personalized rewards and gamification data. The Player Card URL can be customized to include dynamic player identifiers for tracking.

2.6. Easter Eggs - Appearance Behavior

In this section, you can configure the appearance behavior of Easter Eggs, which are hidden rewards or bonuses that appear as players complete missions or certain tasks. Operators can set whether Easter Eggs should appear early in the widget or only once specific criteria (such as a certain number of missions completed) are met.

2.7. PrizeShark Integration

The “PrizeShark Integration” feature allows operators to configure the integration between the PEP platform and PrizeShark, a third-party prize system. By configuring the integration, operators can synchronize their gamification rewards with the PrizeShark platform, allowing players to redeem rewards via PrizeShark.

2.7.1. PrizeShark Request Parameters

This setting allows operators to define additional parameters for requests sent to the PrizeShark API. You can specify keys and paths for specific fields, enabling operators to customize the data exchange between the PEP platform and PrizeShark for more tailored rewards.
