CRM v1.11 Release Notes
Overview
CRM version upgrade within the Admin v1.11.
Improvements
New Columns in Analytics Details Page
Two new columns for Target Group and Channel were added in the Analytics Details page, in order to better distinguish them on each player. Now, players inside a Control Group can be easily identified and filtered as well.

Control Group in Campaign History
Players inside a Control Group can now be easily identified in the Campaign History from the Player Card.

Clickable Control Group in Main Analytics Page
Within the main Analytics page, when looking at the Additional KPIs for the Control Group, now the following values are clickable:

Segment Count
When performing a Segment Count, only one count will be allowed per Admin User simultaneously. A small informational pop up will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen until the count is completed. Once completed, it will display the results there and a new Segment Count may be performed.


Also, a new column has been added in the Segments Library to show the last Segment Count that was performed.

Placeholders for Rank and Level
Two new general placeholders were added in the CRM, related to Gamification: Rank and Level. These placeholders can be used in any template.

Easy Access to Campaigns
The details about a Campaign can now be easily accessed through a direct access from the Campaign History or through the Timeline View in Analytics. The Campaign details will open from a side drawer.


Easy Access to Analytics
The Analytics can now be accessed also through the Campaign Edit page.

Aborted Campaigns in Analytics
Aborted Campaigns can be seen now in Analytics and can be filtered like others.
