PEP v2.8.0 Release Notes

We are excited to announce the release of version 2.8.0 of the Gamanza Player Engagement Platform. This version brings targeted enhancements to the Reward Shop, Player Card, Tournaments, and Missions, along with backend improvements that ensure smoother performance and greater stability across the platform.

Gamification Updates

Reward Shop – Stock Behavior Enhancements

We’ve introduced new stock management improvements in the Reward Shop:

  • Low Stock Alerts: Operators can now configure email notifications when items reach a defined low stock threshold.

  • Player Notifications: Players see clear “Low stock” or “Out of stock” labels in the Reward Shop, with an option to select “Notify Me” and receive an alert when items become available again.

These updates help Operators stay on top of inventory and keep players informed in real time.

Player Card – Sports Personalization Engine

We’ve expanded the Player Card with a new Sports tab in the Personalization Engine. This view provides Operators with detailed insights into each player’s sports activity, including their favorite sports, teams, and betting markets, displayed through intuitive charts and tables. These insights enable more tailored campaigns and a deeper understanding of player behavior in the sports vertical.

Tournaments – Leaderboard & Download Option

We’ve enhanced the Tournaments module with two key updates:

  • Leaderboard in the Tournament Library – The leaderboard view is now accessible directly from the Library, making it easier to track progress and results without navigating to individual Player Cards.

  • Download Option – Operators can now download leaderboard results from both the Library and the Player Card for easier reporting and analysis.

Mission Bundles – Efficiency & Flexibility

Mission Bundles – Same-Day Start

Missions can now be launched and assigned on the same day, without waiting until midnight. This enhancement gives Operators greater flexibility to respond to player activity in real time, aligning Missions with the agility already available in Tournaments.

Mission Bundles – Smarter Assignment

Mission Bundles are now assigned when players log in, ensuring that Missions are delivered only to active players. This enhancement improves efficiency and makes bundle distribution more relevant to real engagement.
