We are excited to introduce the PEP 2.4.0 release, packed with powerful new features and enhancements designed to elevate your experience with our CRM and Gamification platforms. This release includes improvements to mission configurations, campaign targeting, tournament eligibility, reward shop capabilities, and much more. Whether you’re looking to streamline player management, enhance your marketing strategies, or boost gamification engagement, PEP 2.4.0 offers valuable tools and updates to help you achieve your business goals.
CRM Updates
1. Pop Ups Validity Time - Add Hours & Minutes
You can now define the validity of on-site notifications in CRM campaigns by adding ‘Hours’ and 'Minutes' as an option in on-site notification validity time. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in timing your campaigns effectively.

2. One-Click Access to PAMS in Player Profiles:
A new ‘PAMS Player Card URL’ setting enables quick navigation from the PEP player ID to detail PAMS player cards, improving workflow efficiency for operators.

3. CSV - Custom Data Upload:
The CRM platform now supports bulk assignment of custom player data through a streamlined CSV upload process. Operators can quickly update player profiles using CSV files with a simple nterface, improving data management efficiency and accuracy.

Other CRM Enhancements
1. Remove On-Site Notifications for Aborted Campaigns:
Players will no longer receive queued on-site notifications for campaigns that are aborted, ensuring a cleaner and more professional user experience.
2. Exchange Rate & Transactional Data Improvements:
The system now offers enhanced functionality to automatically convert player transactions in other currencies to the default system currency. Exchange rates are updated every 12 hours, ensuring accurate and transparent financial data.
*Exchange rate retrieved from external API for gamification, CRM, and reporting calculations. Applies for PEP integrated clients with multicurrency enabled.

Gamification Updates
1. Missions - Repetition Settings:
You can now configure whether players need to complete mission objectives multiple times across different or consecutive days, weeks, months, or years, offering more diverse engagement strategies.

2. Tournaments - Eligibility Field:
A new text field to show in the Tournaments widget the Player Eligibility, this allows the Operator to inform which players can participate in the Tournament (specific Ranks, specific groups of players, etc.)

3. Easter Eggs Improvements:
A new dropdown menu allows operators to link animations to Easter Eggs. The updated behavior offers options for ‘Early Appearance’ and ‘Late Appearance’ based on mission completion status, enriching the player experience.

4. Manually Ending Missions and Bundles:
Operators can now manually end individual missions and mission bundles for players, providing more control over mission management.



5. New Formatting Options for Rewards and Mission Objectives Descriptions
New formatting capabilities for the Rewards and Mission Objectives Descriptions to enhance customization and user experience.

Other Gamification Enhancements
1. Mission Bundle Priority 0:
Bundles with Priority 0 will always be assigned to players, even if other bundles are currently active. Multiple bundles with Priority 0 can also be assigned simultaneously, offering more flexibility in campaign strategies.
2. Images Standardization in Tournaments and Game Launch URLs:
Enhanced synchronization of casino game metadata, including images and launch URLs, providing a seamless integration experience.
