CRM Updates
New Tooltips & Guidance for Optimizing SMS Templates Creation and Analytics
To help you craft smarter, cost-effective SMS campaigns, we’ve added a helpful message within the SMS Template Creation section. This new guidance displays am estimate of SMS parts used based on character encoding, so you can better anticipate delivery behavior and potential costs.

A new tooltip has been added to the SMS Total Cost field in the Analytics section to help you better interpret reported values and track costs more accurately.

Improved Visibility in the Player Data Library
The Player Data section has been adjusted to improve clarity and usability. The Data Option column was expanded, allowing more values to be displayed without extra clicks or hovering.

New Prediction Model Queries Available in Segments
Prediction model queries are now available in the Settings section for prediction models customers. These models support advanced segmentation by identifying high-value player groups, helping you take a more strategic, data-driven approach to retention and campaign planning.
