PEP v1.2 Release Notes

Missions

A brand new Gamification mechanic is being released: Missions!

Create engaging time-based objectives for customers and reward them once they are completed.

Read more information within our User Manual.

Media Database | New User Experience

A new Media Database for PEP is being released, which contains different user experience improvements:

  • Upload multiple images at the same time.

  • Easier preview of images within library (two different modes).

  • Easier selection of images in Gamification or CRM Templates.

  • Additional file information (size, dimensions, file type, uploaded by, uploaded date).

XP Points Reward

A new reward for Gamification is being added: XP Points. Now, this reward may be selected when configuring mechanics across the Gamification system, such as Level Up rewards, Missions rewards, etc.

Reward Shop | New Purchase Statuses

Additional Reward Shop Product Statuses are being added for Operators.

It is possible now to use the following new statuses when transitioning a Product Purchase:

  • Out of Stock: when a physical item is no longer available. If so, Tokens may need to be refunded to the player manually (up to the Operator according to the situation).

  • 3rd Party Ordered: this is an intermediary status when a physical item has been requested to a 3rd party provider, but has not been shipped yet.

  • Cancelled: when a physical item needs to be cancelled. If so, Tokens may need to be refunded to the player manually (up to the Operator according to the situation).

These new statuses may be used in Custom Triggers to create more specific CRM events for the purpose of transactional campaigns.

Player Card | My Rewards Section

A new section has been added to our Player Card, intended to show all Rewards earned by a player through the various Gamification mechanics in a centralized manner.

Operators will be able to see some valuable information about the Reward:

  • Reward Status

  • Granted Date

  • Gamification Source: referring to the mechanic that granted the Reward.

  • Reward Type: Tokens, XP Points, Booster, Bonus

  • Reward: actual reward received.

Keep in mind that additional information can be seen by browsing the pertinent mechanic itself: by looking at the Level Up history, or Mission history, for example.

Reward Shop | Product Order

Within the creation of a Reward Shop item, a new field has been added to organize items within the Reward Shop.

The Product Order organizes items based on their priority (the highest priority being the number 1).
