PEP v1.1 Release Notes

A whole new Gamification section has now been launched. Find below all Gamification features launched on this first release.

Ranks

The new Ranks library will allow Operators to create categories in order to classify users based on their activity. Operators will be able to configure the ranking system according to their own player engagement needs, establishing rules with a list of Levels for each Rank, and establish the XP Point requirements for users to move through the levels and upgrade to a new Rank within the system. Prizes may also be configured here to reward users when they reach a new level or rank. A list of all Ranks created can be viewed in the library, and an archive is also available to view deleted items.

Player Categories

The Player Category library enables Operators to define user categories based on their average bet amount (as a default), in order to establish different rewards for each category to fit their betting category, creating a more personalized experience.

XP Points Rules

The XP Points Rule section allows Operators to set rules within the Gamification mechanics to establish how users will accumulate Experience (XP) points, which will enable users to move through the ranking system and win rewards.

Token Rules

The Token rules library allows Operators to establish how users will collect Tokens, the in-site virtual currency used to purchase items at the Reward Shop. Creating Token rules use the same mechanics as creating XP Points rules.

Reward Shop

The new Reward Shop will enable Operators to create products to be offered in the in-site store, where users will be able to exchange the Tokens they have accumulated. Products can range from digital items such as Bonus Offers, Free Spins and Boosters to physical items (external) such as tvs, iPhones and more. Products can be limited to a Rank so that users need to level up to unlock the item and be able to purchase it.

Purchase Feed

This section will display a list of all items purchased at the Reward Shop, including the Item Status (Purchased, Shipped), Date of Purchase, Item Name, Quantity, Token price, Real Price, Available Stock, Player ID.
