PEP v2.5 Release Notes

We are excited to introduce the PEP 2.5.0 release, packed with powerful new features and enhancements designed to elevate your experience with our CRM and Gamification platforms.

CRM Updates

1. Expanded Segmentation for Casino & Sports Campaigns

We’ve expanded our segmentation engine to offer more granular targeting for Casino and Sports audiences. You can now segment users based on:

  • Total Bet Amount & Count (Real, Bonus, or both)

  • Specific "Sports" Turnover

  • Specific Sports-related "Tournaments" Turnover

  • Specific Sports-related "Markets" Turnover

  • Specific Sports-related "Teams" Turnover

Each metric can be filtered by Lifetime or Activity Date Range for maximum precision.

Note: Activity Date Range filters require client approval due to additional processing.

2. Assign Boosters, XP Points & Tokens as Campaign Rewards

You can now enhance your campaign actions by assigning Boosters, XP Points, and Tokens as part of your Target Group rewards. From the “Create Campaign” flow, simply add these elements alongside your email templates to create engaging and multi-reward campaigns. Customize Booster type, rate, activation method (automatic or by player), and set validity time to fit your strategy. This new reward flexibility helps increase player engagement and personalize the user experience even further!

1. Sidebar Widget – Now Modular & Customizable

You now have the flexibility to show or hide each module through feature flags. Whether you’re using only Missions, Tournaments, or a full loyalty experience — the Sidebar will adapt to your needs.

The Sidebar Widget is now made of independent modules, meaning you can choose which sections to activate based on your current setup:

  • Loyalty Program (XP, Tokens, Levels)

  • Reward Shop

  • Boosters Shortcut
