Missions

Missions

Missions are objectives or tasks where players are enticed to perform actions on the site, such as make a deposit, log in, or play a number of rounds for a prize, in order to create a richer and more fun user experience, increasing engagement and loyalty.

Missions will be fully customizable, and can be bundled together to create a Quest, or Mission Bundle that players will need to work through in order to receive a big reward, as they would do in a video game.

1.0. Missions library

In the Library, you will be able to search by Mission Name and can also apply a filter by Status or Tags.

The table will contain the following columns:

  • Status: Active / Inactive

  • Name

  • Tags

  • Objectives: to be displayed similarly to how Segments are previewed.

  • Rewards: each reward should be clickable and direct the user to the actual bonus offer in the Bonus Engine (in edit mode).

  • Actions: Edit/Duplicate/Delete

2.0. Creating a Mission

The Create a Mission button can be found on the top right corner of the Missions Library.

2.1. Step 1: Mission Details

On this step you will enter the general details of the Mission:

  • Internal Name: any text value (including symbols)

  • Internal Description: any text value (including symbols)

2.2. Step 2: Objectives

In this step, you will configure the objectives required to complete the Mission. One or more Objectives may be configured into the same Mission.

Each Objective contains different parameters (Sub Conditions) that may be configured, in order to make it even more specific. At least one Sub Condition needs to be configured (mandatory). Additional Sub Conditions are optional.

When using a Sub Condition that allows multi selection (like Payment Provider, Games, Game Providers, etc.), when multiple options are selected in the same objective, it means that each selection is “OR”. Example: Completed Deposit Quantity: 1, Payment Provider: Visa OR Mastercard OR Skrill.

Every time an Objective is added, there will be an option to add their respective Description in multiple languages.

External Description: any text value (including symbols). This option must allow multiple languages, same as in the CRM (EN, DE, FR, IT). This is an optional field.

2.2.1. Types of Mission Objectives

The Objectives are tasks assigned to players to accomplish for a reward or to complete a Mission. A Mission can include multiple Objectives. There is no limit to the amount of objectives that can be added inside a Mission.
