FAQ - Missions & Mission Bundles
Can operators duplicate mission objectives (e.g., “Casino wager” or “Completed deposit”) from one Mission Bundle into another?
Yes — Operators can duplicate an existing mission, including all its pre-configured objectives. This means that when you copy a mission—whether it includes a “Casino wager,” “Completed deposit,” or other specific objective—the duplicate retains all of these components intact.
To help with reuse, Operators can also add custom tags to the mission. These tags make it easy to remember what the mission contains and enable you to incorporate it into a different mission bundle as needed.
If Operators change a bundle’s large or small image while it’s active, will existing players see the update immediately, or only after a refresh?
If Operators update the image of an active Mission Bundle, only newly assigned players will see the change. Players who already have the bundle assigned will continue to see the original image. The updates apply only to future bundle assignments, not to existing ones.
Can Operators attach separate Terms & Conditions to individual missions, or only to the mission bundle?
No — Operators can only assign Terms & Conditions to the bundle as a whole, not to individual missions within it.
What happens when the same mission appears in both a daily and a weekly bundle — does player activity count twice?
If two active bundles share the same mission, the player’s actions will count toward both.
Example: Wagering 100 times in Starburst can complete a Daily mission (100 wagers) and give 50% progress toward a Weekly mission (200 wagers). Mission Order rules still apply — players must finish one mission before moving to the next.
Can players see Easter Egg rewards before they’re claimable?
Yes—this is configurable.
To manage visibility, go to: Settings → System Settings → Gamification → Easter Egg Behavior.
Choose one of the following options:
Early Appearance – The Easter Egg is visible in the widget before it’s claimable, acting as a teaser in a locked state.
Late Appearance – The Easter Egg remains hidden until the player completes the required number of missions and it becomes claimable.
Can Operators configure an Easter Egg to trigger based on both player category and the number of completed missions?
No — Easter Egg triggers can only be configured based on the number of completed missions. If Operators need to apply a player category filter, they need to create a segment in the CRM that includes only players from the desired category, and assign that segment to your Mission Bundle.
Can Operators set up a Mission Bundle so that players who don’t finish a mission in time get an alternative mission instead?
No — Bundles cannot automatically replace a mission if it isn’t completed on time. All missions within a Bundle follow the sequence and unlocking rules set during configuration, such as unlocking after the previous mission is completed.
To offer an alternative mission to players who have not completed a specific mission within a certain timeframe, Operators can:
Create the alternative mission (e.g., Mission 1-B) separately.
Use CRM segments to identify players who haven’t completed Mission 1 within the set timeframe.
Assign those players to a new Mission Bundle that includes Mission 1-B.
When the Missions Order is set to “In This Order,” will a player’s progress on an objective be saved if the bundle expires before it’s completed?
No — if the bundle expires before an objective is completed, any partial progress is lost. Missions and objectives are only active during the Missions’s configured period. Once the Mission expires, it is no longer available to players and the progress toward that objective is effectively lost.
Is there a limit to the number of missions Operators can include in a Mission Bundle?
No — there is no limit to how many missions a Mission Bundle can contain. Operators can add as many missions as needed based on their engagement strategy.
Can a Bundle set to “Lifetime + Validity Time” restart automatically for a player who doesn’t finish it within the validity period?
No — when the validity period ends, the bundle closes for that player and all incomplete progress is lost. If Operators want a mission to restart during the validity period, check the Enable Repetition option in that mission’s settings. Repetition will only occur while the bundle is still within its validity time.
In Mission Bundles, can Operators assign different “Priority” values to Bundles of the same type (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.)? Does priority only affect display order?
Yes. Operators can assign different priority values to Bundles of the same type and timeframe. Priority does not control display order — it defines the order in which Bundles are assigned to players:
Priority 0: Always assigned first, and multiple Priority 0 Bundles can run at the same time.
Priority 1, 2, 3…: Assigned in sequence once higher-priority Bundles are completed or end.
One active per type & timeframe: Players can only have one active Bundle of each type (e.g., one Daily, one Monthly).
Same-priority conflict: If multiple Bundles share the same non-zero priority, only the first created is assigned.
Do duplicated Missions retain their original Mission’ IDs (for reporting) or are fresh IDs generated?
When a mission is duplicated, fresh objective IDs are generated. This ensures that reporting data remains separate between the original and duplicated missions, allowing performance to be tracked independently.
Is there a record in the platform showing who manually ended an ongoing mission?
Yes — this action is logged by the platform. Operators can review the details, including the user who ended the mission, by navigating to Settings > User Logs.
For missions with an Active Period, does the countdown start from the bundle’s start date or when the player begins playing?
It depends on the mission setup:
Missions with a start date – The countdown begins from the mission’s activation time.
Missions in a Lifetime bundle – The countdown begins when the player starts the bundle, ensuring each player has their own full period to complete it.
Is there a limit to the number of multilingual “External Descriptions” that can be added to a mission, and what happens if a language isn’t supported?
No — there is no limit to the number of multilingual external descriptions you can add. The platform follows the ISO-639-1 standard language list, so any language on that list can be added without restrictions. If a language is not supported, it will not display on the frontend.
When defining a Mission’s “Internal Name” and “Tags,” can Operators bulk-upload tags or must they be created one-by-one in the Admin Tags section first?
Mission tags must be created individually in the Admin Tags section before they can be assigned. Bulk upload of tags is not supported.
How can operators test a new mission rule without exposing it to all players?
Use CRM segments to target specific player groups for testing. Assign the mission with the new rule only to those segments, ensuring it is visible exclusively to the selected players.
What should Operators do if a mission or campaign was configured incorrectly?
Missions and campaigns cannot be rolled back once they are active. If a setup was incorrect, Operators should:
Pause or end the mission/campaign to stop further participation.
Duplicate the item and correct the configuration.
Assign the corrected version to the intended players or segments.
How can Operators access revenue figures in dashboards?
Revenue reporting is available through Power BI, which requires an additional subscription. With this subscription, up to five team members can access detailed reporting and granular data, including revenue figures, player activity metrics, and other performance insights. For a full overview of the available reports or to request additional seats, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Do booster items stack when used in Gamification?**
Currently, boosters that are stack are released all together once activated***
Where can Operators view a player’s XP, token balance, active missions, and rank in one screen?
Operators can view all of this information in the Player Card, which displays a player’s XP points, token balance, current rank, and active missions in a single view.
Can Operators clone configurations (segments, campaigns, missions) from staging to production?
The platform does not provide a function to clone configurations between staging and production. Operators must recreate segments, campaigns, and missions manually in production.
Can Operators configure multiple rewards in a Mission?
Yes. Operators can configure one or multiple rewards for a Mission. There is no limit to the number of rewards that can be added.
Bonus Offers: Multiple bonus offers can be added, but the same bonus offer (bonus ID) cannot be added more than once.
Other reward types (Virtual Currency and Boosters): Each type can only be added once per Mission.
Player Categories: Different rewards can be assigned to different player categories (e.g., Low, Medium, High). This ensures that rewards are tailored based on segmentation.
Example: A Mission may reward players with both €10 Bonus and 100 Tokens.
What do players see within the Missions Landing Page?
Players see a dedicated hub with:
Active mission bundles by timeframe (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Lifetime).
Progress bars and objectives for each mission.
Rewards (claimable or hidden until completion).
History tab with completed missions.
What happens if Operators end an active Mission Bundle?
When an Operator ends an active Mission Bundle, the bundle and all missions inside it are immediately moved to Ended, and no additional rewards will be granted.
If ended through the Player Card, it applies only to that player.
If ended through the Mission Bundles Library, it applies to all players currently participating, and the bundle will no longer be assigned to new players.
What happens if Operators create a Mission Bundle with Priority 2, but there are no other active Mission Bundles with Priority 1 or 0?
If there are no other active Mission Bundles with Priority 0 or 1, the Priority 2 bundle is still assigned to players and runs normally. Priority only defines the order within bundles of the same type and timeframe (e.g., multiple Daily bundles). If no higher-priority bundle is present, the system treats the Priority 2 bundle as the active one.
When are new Mission Bundles assigned to existing players?
New Mission Bundles are assigned to existing players as soon as the active period of the bundle begins (based on the configured timeframe). Once the bundle is enabled in the library and its start date/time is reached, eligible players automatically receive it in their Player Card and widget.
Important note: If Operators update a bundle’s configuration (e.g., Priority, Eligibility rules, or other settings) while the bundle is already active, the changes only apply to newly assigned bundles. Existing players who already have the bundle keep the original configuration.
Are Missions with the same time setting and priority shown to players?
If Mission Bundles have the same time setting (e.g., two Daily bundles), the Priority determines the order in which they are assigned. For example: the Priority 1 bundle is assigned first, and once it is completed, the Priority 2 bundle is then assigned, and so on.
If multiple bundles share the same priority and time setting, only one bundle is assigned to players — specifically, the first one created. The other bundles with the same settings are not assigned and therefore not shown to players.
Exception: Bundles with Priority 0 are special. All Priority 0 bundles are always assigned to players, even if there are multiple bundles with the same type and timeframe.
Can Operators configure multiple rewards in a Mission?
How do priorities work in Mission Bundles?
The Priority setting determines which Mission Bundle of the same type and timeframe (e.g., two Daily bundles) is assigned to players.
Priority order (1, 2, 3…): Bundles are assigned in ascending order. For example, a Priority 1 bundle is assigned first, and once it is completed or ended, the Priority 2 bundle is then assigned, and so on.
Same priority & same time setting: If multiple bundles share the same priority and timeframe, only one bundle is assigned — specifically, the first one created. The others are not assigned and therefore not shown to players.
Priority 0 (special case): Bundles with Priority 0 are always assigned to players, regardless of whether other bundles of the same type are active. Multiple Priority 0 bundles can run simultaneously.
Can Operators use Refer a Friend as a Mission objective?
Yes. Operators can configure Refer a Friend as a Mission objective. By default, only referrals with the Invitation Status = Accepted count. Pending, Rejected, or Expired invitations do not count.
Quantity: Defines how many accepted referrals are needed to complete the mission.
Godson Account Status: Defines the minimum account status required for the referred player (Initial, Provisional, Active, or Fully Identified).
Godson Minimum Deposit Amount: Optionally defines the minimum first deposit amount from the referred player. If left empty, no deposit is required for the referral to count.
If Operators set up two Mission Bundles with Priority 0, will players see only one of them or both at the same time?
Players will see both bundles at the same time.
Priority 0 bundles are special — they are always assigned to players, even if multiple exist for the same type and timeframe.
This means Operators can run several Priority 0 bundles in parallel, and players will contribute to all of them simultaneously.
How does Mission Repetition work?
Mission Bundle Repetition allows Operators to configure a bundle to repeat multiple times within its timeframe. Each repetition requires players to complete all missions inside the bundle again.
By default, repetition is disabled.
When enabled, Operators define the number of repetitions.
Each repetition is treated as a separate run of the same bundle, shown independently in the Player Card.
The Mission Bundle is only considered fully completed once all configured repetitions have been completed.
Can Repetition objectives require players to act on separate days instead of consecutive days?
Yes. With Repetition enabled, you can configure objectives that must be completed on multiple separate days within a set period (e.g., 3 different days within 1 week). The days don’t need to be consecutive.
At what time do Missions finish — 23:55 or 23:59?
Missions finish at 23:55 (server time). This cut-off applies to all missions, regardless of their duration, ensuring that the system can close and process them before the next period begins.
With “Repetition” enabled, can we specify non-consecutive completion windows, such as “3 different days, but within one calendar week”?
