Reward Shop: Prizeshark Integration
The Prizeshark Catalog is a feature integrated into the Gamification module that allows you to manage and integrate products from Prizeshark into your reward shop. Follow these steps to locate and access the Prizeshark Catalog:
Navigate to the Sidebar: On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you will see the navigation menu.
Locate the Gamification Module: Expand the Gamification section by clicking the dropdown arrow next to it. This will reveal all the features within the Gamification module.
Select Prizeshark Catalog: Scroll through the options and click on Prizeshark Catalog. It is represented with a dedicated icon, as highlighted in the sidebar. Alternatively, you can find a shortcut to the Prizeshark Catalog in the main dashboard, located under the Gamification tile section.

How to Upload the Prizeshark Catalog
The Prizeshark Catalog allows you to manage your prize inventory efficiently by uploading a bulk catalog of products in CSV format. Follow the steps below to upload your Prizeshark catalog:

Choose the Delimiter:
Start the Upload:
Verify the Upload:
Important Notes: The maximum file size for the upload is 10 MB. Only one file can be uploaded at a time. The delimiter in the file must be comma ( , ) or semicolon ( ; ), as per your configuration.

Troubleshooting Tips:
If the upload fails, double-check that your CSV file follows the required formatting and column structure.
Ensure the file size is within the allowed limit and contains no corrupted data.
Ensure the CSV File format is UTF-8

Do you have a minimum amount of upfront payment/credit that a client would need to invest with you at the beginning of a new engagement?
There is no minimum that we need to have. During our conversations we’d agree what we think the initial deposit should be based on expected redemptions. We’d then review this upon actual redemptions once launched and adjust accordingly to what we think is necessary.
What countries do you work in?
We can supply Catalogues for 99% of countries globally.
What currencies do you work in?
GB sterling, US Dollar or Euro.
Shipping & Delivery
We try to source from incountry where we can with the exception of Europe where we have 2 main despatch hubs in Spain and the Netherlands.
Delivery Times
These vary country to country but it is typically within 5 working days.
Costs
Because of our close relationships with suppliers, we endeavour to supply goods at retail price and shipping is at cost in each country. We then list each item inclusive of shipping so the end user can see the total cost with no hidden charges.
Fees
We do not charge service fees, unless there are exceptional circumstances and these would always be agreed before being implemented.
