Gamification Rewards Engine

The Gamification platform allows you to configure a series of prize items to fill the Rewards system, including the Rewards Shop, Mission rewards, and Ranks and Level rewards.

Rewards include Tokens (virtual currency), XP Points, Boosters (Level Booster, Tokens Booster, Missions Booster), Bonuses currently configured and active in the Operator's bonus engine such as Free Spins and Cash Bonuses, and also External Bonuses which are physical items that may be shipped or redeemed by the customer.

Tokens

The in-site virtual currency is called Tokens. Tokens can be used to purchase digital or physical items at the Rewards Shop, and they can be earned by performing any action including playing games, completing a Mission or going up the Ranking system.

XP Points

Experience (XP) points enable the player to move through the Ranking system and win other rewards. Every wager made by the player will earn them XP Points, which allows them to level up and upgrade to higher Ranks as they accumulate them.

Boosters

Boosters give the player a time-limited advantage, allowing for them to accumulate more Tokens, XP Points, or move through Missions faster for a short period.

Level Booster This reward will give a booster to the player, in order to level up faster (at a defined rate) for a limited amount of time. There will be an input to define the booster rate (2x) and the timeframe (30 minutes).

Mission Booster This reward will give a booster to the player, in order to progress faster on the current active Mission (at a defined rate) for a limited amount of time. There will be an input to define thebooster rate (2x) and the timeframe (30 minutes).

Bonuses from Bonus Engine

Bonus rewards can be created by selecting the Bonus id related to a bonus from the Operator's bonus engine previously configured, such as Free Spins or a Deposit Bonus. These bonuses must be active and not expired.

External Bonuses

External Bonuses refer to physical items from the web that may be configured to be displayed as part of the Rewards Shop stock. These can include anything from an Apple Watch, phone, TV or even gift cards to be redeemed at a restaurant or store.

This kind of items require additional configuration such as an Item URL, Real Price from web, and number of items available.
