Player Categories

The Player Category library enables Operators to define user categories based on their average bet amount or average deposit amount in their lifetime, in order to establish different rewards for each category to fit their betting category, creating a more personalized experience. Multiple Player Categories are optional, however at least one Category is required if any rewards will be configured throughout any Gamification mechanics.

Under Settings > System Settings > Gamification there will be a default setting for the contribution regarding the player category. It must define the contribution type between:

• Average Bet Amount (Real Money Only)

• Average Bet Amount(Real Money and Bonus Money)

• Average Deposit Amount

Player Category Library

This library will display the list of Player Categories created by you. You can also search by Player Category Name or Status. The library will display the following information:

• Status: This will display the status of the Category (Active/Inactive)

• Name: This will display the name given to the player category (internal)

• Type: This will display the player category type

• Range: This will display the range for the category type

• Options: This will show different options: Edit, which will allow you to edit the Category; Duplicate, which will allow you to duplicate the Category and Delete which will allow you to delete the existing category.

Archive

On the top right section of the library there will be an archive section that will display the deleted categories, with the option to restore it if needed.

Create a Player Category

This section will allow you to create a Player Category. The create button will be found on the top right corner of the Player Category Library. When creating the Category, you need to proceed with the following steps:

Step 1 – Player Category Details

Here you'll enter the name and description of the category; this will be for internal purposes only.

Step 2 – Category requirements

Here you will select the requirements for the players to fit in the created Category. There will be three types, but the one visible is predefined under Settings > System Settings > Gamification > Player Category Settings.

The Operator needs to define the amount range, a beginning amount and an ending amount.

For example: Average Bet Amount between 0 and 10 / Average Deposit Amount between 0 and 10.

Step 3 – Status

The last step will be to determine the status of the Category, whether it will be Active or Inactive.
