Player Categories
Player Categories allow you to group players based on their lifetime activity, using their:
Average bet amount
Average real-money bet amount
Average deposit amount
These categories are used to adapt rewards and configurations to different value groups (e.g. “Low Value”, “Mid Value”, “High Value”), so you can create a more personalized experience for your players.
Multiple Player Categories are optional, but at least one Category is required if you want to configure rewards that depend on Player Category in any Gamification mechanic.
These Player Categories are used when creating personalized rewards in Missions and Levels, allowing you to assign different rewards per Category.
Before creating categories, you must define which metric the system will use:
Path: Admin → Settings → System Settings → Gamification → Player Category
Here you select one Player Category type:
Average Bet Amount (RM Only) average Real Money Bet Amount counts only real money.
Average Bet Amount (RM & BM) counts both bonus money and real money.
Average Deposit Amount is the average of the total amount deposited by the player.

Create a Player Category
This section will allow Operators to create a Player Category. The create button will be found on the top right corner of the Player Category Library. When creating the Category, you need to proceed with the following steps:
Step 1 – Player Category Details

These fields are for internal use only.
Name: Internal name for your team (e.g.,“Low Value”, “High Value”, “VIP”)
Description: Internal description explaining who belongs in this Category
Step 2 – Category requirements

In this step you define which players belong to this Category:
The visible Category type (Average Real Money Bet Amount / Average Bet Amount / Average Deposit Amount) is the one you previously selected in System Settings → Gamification → Player Category.
Define the amount range with:
A beginning amount (From)
An ending amount (To)

For example: Average Bet Amount between 0 and 10 / Average Deposit Amount between 0 and 10.
Avoid overlapping ranges between Categories (e.g. end one at 10, start the next at 10.01).
Step 3 – Status

Finally, choose the Status of the Category:
Active: Category is available immediately for use in configuration
Inactive: Category is created but not yet used
Click Save. The new Category will appear in the Player Category Library.
How operators typically use Player Categories
Once configured, Player Categories can be used to:
Align Gamification rewards with your VIP / value tiers
Create more granular and fair configurations for different player groups
Configure different rewards per Category in Missions and Levels
