Templates
The Templates feature will allow you to create and personalize the templates you will use for sending marketing information to players. The CRM has menus for both Email and SMS templates. To access them, click on the CRM button on the left-hand side panel, then select Email Templates/ SMS Templates.
Templates Library
The CRM Templates Library provides a single, centralized view of every message template configured within your platform. This interface is designed to maximize operational efficiency, offering granular filters and rapid access to editing tools for all messaging channels.

Access the library by navigating to CRM > Templates using the main sidebar. Once inside, you can switch between your communication channels using the dedicated tabs at the top of the Library view:
Email
SMS
On-site Notification
Web Push Notification
In-App Push Notification
The Archive and Create Template buttons remain accessible in the top-right corner regardless of the selected channel.
Library Columns
The main data table displays key metadata for each template entry:
Name: The internal, clickable name of the template.
Description: The brief context or purpose provided for the template.
Language: Displays flag icons representing all languages currently configured within that specific template.
Created Date: The exact date and timestamp when the template was first generated.
Tags: Shows the administrative tags assigned to the template.
Created By: Identifies the platform user responsible for creating the template .
Options (Three Dots): Clicking the vertical three-dot menu on the far right opens quick actions, such as Edit (to open the visual editor for the template) or other available management options.
