System Settings

Global Core Features Configuration

The Global settings section allows operators to configure fundamental aspects of the platform's user interface, including how account statuses are displayed, which payment methods are visible, and available languages.

Path: Settings > Core Features > Global

1. Account Status

This section controls how different player account statuses (e.g., Active, Blocked, Provisional) are visually represented in the User Interface (UI). This ensures that operators can quickly identify the status of a player account based on visual cues.

  • Access: Click the Update button next to Account Status.

  • Configuration Options:

    • Visual Representation: Each status is assigned a specific color and icon (e.g., Green checkmark for "Active", Red cancel sign for "Blocked").

    • Status List: You can view all currently defined statuses (e.g., Initial, Provisional, Fully Identified).

  • Adding a Status: Click + Add Account Status to define a new status mapping.

  • Saving Changes: Always click Save to apply changes to the UI representation.

2. Payment Methods

This setting maps the internal Payment IDs to the user-friendly names displayed to the player. This ensures that when a player selects a deposit or withdrawal method, they see the correct brand name (e.g., "Visa" instead of "ID 1").

  • Access: Click the Update button next to Payment Methods.

  • Fields:

    • ID: The technical identifier for the payment provider (must match the backend configuration).

    • Name: The display name visible to the player (e.g., Twint, PayPal, Skrill).

  • Managing Methods:

    • Add: Click + Add Payment Method to insert a new row.

    • Delete: Click the Trash Icon (red bin) next to a method to remove it from the list.

  • Save: Click Save to confirm the list.

3. Enabled Languages

Manage the translations and regional settings available to players on the frontend. This allows you to offer specific language localizations (e.g., French, German, Italian).

  • Access: Click the Update button next to Enabled Languages.

  • Configuration:

    • Language: Select the language form the dropdown menu (e.g., English, German).

    • Flag: Select the appropriate flag icon to represent that language in the UI (e.g., United Kingdom flag for English).

  • Adding a Language: Click + Add Language to enable a new translation option.

  • Save: Click Save to publish the language options to the platform.

4. Default Language & Client Site

  • Default Language: Displays the primary language of the platform (e.g., English). This is the fallback language if a player does not select a preference.

  • Client Site: Use the Update button to configure general client-site specific parameters.
