Casino Catalog Management
The Casino Catalog acts as the central inventory for all games available on your platform. Here, you can manage individual game details, organize games by provider and category, and configure how specific game types contribute to the Gamification/Loyalty program.

1. Overview & Navigation
The main screen provides a searchable list of all games currently in the system.
Search & Filter: Use the search bar to find games by Name or Game ID. You can also filter the list using the Game Provider and Game Category dropdowns.
Device Support: The icons in the "Device Support" column indicate if a game is available on Desktop (monitor icon) and/or Mobile (phone icon).
Actions: Use the Import CSV button for bulk updates or Create New to add a single game manually.
2. Managing Structure (Prerequisites)
Before adding games, ensure your Providers and Categories are defined.
Creating a Provider
Define the game studios or aggregators that supply your content.
Click the Providers tab (or accessible via the "Create New" flow).
Click Create New (or similar "Add" button depending on the view).
ID: Enter the unique identifier for the provider.
Name: Enter the display name of the provider (e.g., NetEnt, Evolution).
Click Create.

Creating a Category
Categories organize games (e.g., Slots, Live Casino) and—crucially—control loyalty contributions.
Click the Categories tab.
Click Create New.
ID & Name: Enter the internal ID and display name (e.g., "slots").
Click Create.

3. Managing Games
Adding a Single Game
Click the Games tab and select the blue Create New button.
ID: Enter the unique Game ID (this must match the ID provided by your game aggregator).
Name: Enter the public name of the game (e.g., "Book of Dead").
Provider & Category: Select the appropriate options from the dropdown menus.
Thumbnails:
Game Thumbnail: Upload the image displayed in the casino lobby.
Tournament Widget Thumbnail: Upload the image used when this game is featured in a tournament.
Game Launch URL: Enter the direct launch link for the game.
Settings:
Bonus Buy Allowed: Check this box if the game supports "Feature Buy" mechanics.
Device Support: Check Desktop and/or Mobile to indicate compatibility.
Click Confirm to save.

Updating a Game
To edit an existing game (e.g., to update a thumbnail or change device support):
Locate the game in the list.
Click the Options menu (three vertical dots) on the right side of the row.
Select Edit/Update.
Modify the necessary fields in the Update Game modal.
Click Update to apply changes.

Bulk Import (CSV)
To add many games at once, use the Import feature.
Click the Import CSV button in the top right corner.
Prepare your file: Ensure your CSV file contains the following columns exactly:

Upload: Drag and drop your file into the window or click Browser Files.
Note: Maximum file size is 10 MB.
Click Import.
