Unsubscribe Report

In CRM, there is a link named Unsubscribe Report. The purpose of this report is to display the players that have unsubscribed from a specific campaign.

In this section, a search can be made by Player ID, Campaign Name, Date Range, or Channel (Email or SMS). Results will display below with the following information:

  • Status (it will only display Unsubscribed)

  • Player ID (with shortcut to Player Card)

  • Date (date the player unsubscribed)

  • Channel (SMS, Email)

  • Campaign Name (with shortcut to view campaign details)

  • Reason (as selected by the player in the Casino Frontend)

Reasons Categories

Reasons are always configurable per customer, depending on what they are asking their players. Important: even though the Reason is saved in the Frontend in different languages, when shown in this Report it must be all in English. Except the reasons where the player is allowed to write a comment, which will be comprised under the Reason category “Other”.

When someone answers inside “Other” and writes a comment, the reason category will be “Other” and the comment will be shown in its original language, so that it can be downloaded as well in the report.
