Unsubscribe Report
The Unsubscribe Report helps you understand who unsubscribed, from which campaign, through which channel, and why.

In this section, a search can be made by Player ID, Campaign Name, Date Range, or Channel (Email or SMS). Results will display below with the following information:
Status – always displays Unsubscribed
Player ID – with a shortcut to the Player Card
Date – date and time when the player unsubscribed
Channel – SMS or Email
Campaign Name – with a shortcut to view campaign details
Reason – as selected by the player in the casino frontend
Download XLS – exports the full report
Reasons Categories
In the Unsubscribe Report, reasons behave as follows:
Configured per operator
You define the list of reasons and how they are grouped or named (for example: Too many messages, Not relevant, Prefer another brand, etc.).
Always shown in English in the report
Even if players see the reasons in another language on the casino frontend, the report normalises them and always displays the Reason field in English for easier analysis.
“Other” + free-text comments
When a player selects “Other”, the Reason appears as Other in the report.
Here are some examples:
Reason Category

Website too slow Other
English Translation

Unsubscribe Page & URL Setup
To ensure unsubscribes work end-to-end:
Operators must create and host their own Unsubscribe Page on their casino site.
This page is where players confirm they want to unsubscribe and, if configured, select a reason.
Share the Unsubscribe Page URL with Gamanza
Once the page is ready, share the URL with your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Gamanza will add this link to your email templates.

For guidance on how to structure the Unsubscribe Page or the URL integration, please contact your CSM.
