XP Rules
The XP Points Rule section allows Operators to set rules within the Gamification mechanics to establish how users will accumulate Experience (XP) points, which will enable users to move through the ranking system and win rewards.
Every qualifying wager or event can earn XP Points. The back office lets Operators configure:
How much XP is granted per event.
Which games, providers, or categories are more or less rewarded.
When temporary XP campaigns override the default behavior.
XP Points Default Contributions
XP Points Default Contributions define the baseline way players earn XP Points across the Gamification system (Levels, Ranks, progress bars, etc.).
With these default rules, Operators can decide:
Which events grant XP Points (e.g. Casino Bets, Sports Bets).
How much XP each event grants (amount-based or round-based).
Which categories (game type, sport, payment method, etc.) earn more or less XP.
XP Points Settings

Under Settings > System Settings > Gamification you will find the XP Points Settings. Here Operators will see the default setting for how XP Points will be collected. Operators can define the contribution type to be based on one of these:
Total Bet Amount (Real Money Only): if a player wagers €10 with Real Money, with a 100% contribution, the player would earn 10 XP Points.
Total Bet Amount (Real Money & Bonus Money): if a player wagers €10 with Real Money and €10 with Bonus Money, with a 100% contribution, the player would earn 20 XP Points.
Total Round Count (Real Money Only): if a player makes 1 Round of €10 with Real Money, with a 100% contribution, the player will earn 1 XP Point.
Total Round Count (Real Money & Bonus Money): if a player makes 1 Round of €10 with Real Money and €10 with Bonus Money, with a 100% contribution, the player will earn 1 XP Point.
XP default contributions are initially configured during the integration process.
These defaults remain as the base configuration and are used whenever no overriding XP Rules are active. For details on casino and sports default contributions, Operators should contact their Client Success Manager or refer to the dedicated default contributions documentation here
XP Points Marketing Rules (XP Point Rules)
XP Points Rules (Marketing Rules) allow Operators to temporarily override the XP Points Default Contributions for specific:
Games, Game Providers, or Game Categories
Sports, Tournaments, Teams, Markets, or Bet Types
Time periods (e.g., weekends, campaigns, promotions)
Player groups (Ranks or CRM Segments)
Operators can use XP Rules to:
Run time-limited XP campaigns
Example: “Double XP on Slots this weekend.”
Promote specific content
Example: Extra XP for a new game provider or a new sport.
Target XP boosts to Selected Ranks (e.g., VIP only) or CRM Segments.
When no XP Marketing Rule applies, the system always falls back to the XP Points Default Rules.
XP Rules Library
The XP Points Rules Library centralizes all XP Points rules and tools related to XP adjustments.

To access the Library, in the Gamification sub-menu, Operators will find the XP Point Rules section. Here, Operators can perform the following actions:
Create XP Point Rules (to determine how player's activity will contribute toward accumulating XP Points)
Add Bulk XP Points (to add XP Points to multiple players at once)
Search the list of rules created in the XP Points Library
Search the Bulk XP Point History
Access the Archive of previously deleted rules
Operators will be able to search rules by Rule Name, Rule Status (Active or Inactive), the Ranks the rule is for (Ranks must have been already predefined), Contribution Type (whether it's based on Game, Game Provider or Game category), and Tags (predefined by each Operator).
The Rules Library will display the existing rules with the following information:
Status: If it is Active or Inactive
Name: The name of the rule
Rank: This will display the Rank the rule was created for
Contribution Type: This will display the type of contribution
Contribution Percentage: This will display the percentage of the contribution
Option: This will provide three options, to Edit the rule, Duplicate or Delete button to Delete the existing Rule
Create XP Point Rule
Creating XP Points Rules allows Operators to predefine how players will accumulate XP Points based on specific conditions related to Games, Game Providers, or Game Categories. The contribution for each element is defined using percentages.
Example:
If Slots (Game Category) are configured so that every 2 EUR Real Money bet has a 50% XP contribution, then: 2 EUR = 1 XP Point.
In order to create a new XP Point rule, click on the Create XP Point Rule button on the top right-hand side of the screen.
Inside, you will have to follow these steps to successfully create a new rule:
Step 1 - Details:

Name: Internal name for easy identification (e.g. XP – Slots 50% – Bronze Rank).
Tags (optional): Admin tags such as Casino, Slots, VIP.
Description: A short description of the purpose of the rule (e.g. “Reduce XP gain on Slots for Bronze players to slow progression.”).
Step 2 - Ranks Selection:

Here, Operators select the player Ranks that will be impacted by this rule. Only Ranks that have been previously configured in the Gamification settings will appear in the list.
If no Rank is selected, the rule will not apply to any players.
Step 3 - Contribution:

Here Operators will define how players will earn XP Points based on the Contribution Type, which can be one of three possibilities:
Game: Sets a specific contribution percentage for one or more individual games.
Game Category: Sets a contribution percentage for general categories like: Slots, Table games.
Game Provider: Sets a contribution percentage that applies to all games from a selected provider.
In order to set the contribution rule:
Select the Contribution Type
Enter the Game ID, Game Category ID or Game Provider ID in the field, then select Add
Set the Contribution percentage that will apply for player activity in the corresponding selection, which will be based on Real Money Bets as a default. As an example, if a player wagers 100 CHF on a NetEnt game and the contribution percentage is 50%, this means that 50% of that wager will be granted as XP Points.
An option to delete your selection will appear if you hover your mouse over the selection line
Step 4 - Status:

Choose whether the rule will be Active or Inactive and then hit Save.
Add Bulk XP Points
The Add Bulk XP Points option is available in the top right-hand side of the XP Points Rules Library.
This tool allows Operators to credit or debit XP Points in bulk for a list of players, using a single upload.

To add bulk XP Points:
Click Add Bulk XP Points.
A pop-up window will prompt Operators to upload a .CSV file containing:
Player ID
Amount: XP Points to be credited or debited.
Transaction Type: Credit or Debit.
(New) Balance Type : defines what kind of Gamification Balance will be credited with this file upload.
After the file is uploaded, the system starts processing the batch.
The system displays a message indicating that the XP adjustments are being applied.
The progress and status of the batch can be reviewed under the Bulk XP Points History tab.
Adjust single-player XP Point count - Player Card
Via Manual Reward:

This option found in the Player Card allows Operators to manually grant or remove rewards, such as XP Points, directly from the Player Card.

To manually credit or debit XP Points:
Reward Type: XP Points
Action: Choose whether to Add or Remove the selected reward type.
Amount: Enter the quantity to be added or deducted.
Comment: Add an internal note or justification for the action (optional).
Balance Summary: Displays the player’s Current Balance, Amount to be added or removed, and the Total Balance after the update.

In the History section, Operators can filter results by Date range, Type (Credit or Debit), and Method (Manual or Automatic).

The list displays the following details for each transaction:
Date of the transaction
Game, Provider, and Category that generated the XP Points (for automatic entries)

Bet Amount (when applicable)
Description – Credit or Debit comment
