Is there an API to get real-time tournament leaderboard data (player ID, points, rank)?

Yes. There are API endpoints that provide real-time leaderboard snapshots during an event, including player ID, points, and current rank. This data can be used to display live tournament results in external dashboards, aligned with the in-platform leaderboard

What pre-start notifications are sent before a tournament begins?

The platform sends up to three standard notifications:

1. Tournament Starts In Few Minutes – reminder before the event begins.

2. Tournament Started – notification when the event goes live.

3. Tournament Winner Announcement – notification once results are finalized.

How does Opt-In affect tournament notifications?

If Opt-In is required for the tournament:

• Players who opted in receive the first two notifications (Tournament Starts In Few Minutes and Tournament Started).

• Players who have not yet opted in are invited through the same two notifications.

• Players who never opt in will not see the tournament in the widget and will not receive the Tournament Winner Announcement.

How are multiple active tournaments shown on the widgets?

All tournaments a player is eligible for are displayed in the widget. They are arranged by start date, with tournaments beginning soonest shown first, followed by those starting later.

What happens to rewards if a tournament is cancelled mid-run?

Cancelled tournaments do not distribute any rewards. Once aborted, they are marked as Cancelled, points are no longer calculated, and no winners are declared.

How is the active period calculated when a tournament is set to Daily?

When a tournament is set to Daily, Operators define both the start date and the exact start time (e.g., August 27th at 13:30 pm). The tournament then runs for a full 24 hours, ending at the same time on the following day (e.g., August 28th at 13:30 pm). This means the Daily period is not fixed to 00:00–23:55 but instead follows the start time chosen by the Operator.

When a Max Number of Bets is set, does the counter reset if a tournament runs across multiple weeks, or is it a single hard cap?

The Max Number of Bets is a single hard cap for the entire duration of the tournament. Once the limit is reached, any additional bets no longer count toward the leaderboard, even if the event spans multiple weeks.

Can a single leaderboard position award multiple prize types (e.g., Tokens + XP + Bonus), and is there a limit to how many rewards can be stacked?

Yes. Operators can assign up to three rewards to the same leaderboard position (for example, Tokens + Bonus or XP + Bonus). A minimum of one reward is required, and no more than three can be configured per position.

How are leaderboard rewards configured for tournaments?

In Most Points tournaments, Operators can configure rewards for up to 100 consecutive leaderboard positions. At least one top position must be rewarded, and positions cannot be skipped . Rewards can be grouped to save time (e.g., Positions 10–20 all receive 50 Tokens). In case of ties, the player who reached the position first earns it.

In multi-day tournaments, do Quantity goals reset each day or keep accumulating?

Quantity goals (like number of wagers, wins or deposits) are cumulative. Progress keeps adding up for the entire tournament period and does not reset daily.

Can the industry of a tournament (Casino or Sports) be changed after it has been created?

No. The industry is locked once the tournament is created. Because objectives are specific to the chosen industry, switching from Casino to Sports (or vice versa) requires setting up a new tournament with the correct objectives.

How to show or hide the industry tag (Casino or Sports) in tournaments?

The industry tag can be enabled or disabled through Settings > System Settings > Widgets > Widgets Configuration. Once updated, the tag will automatically appear or disappear in the widgets and the tournament landing page, whether the tournament is Scheduled or Active.

Can tournament Terms & Conditions be hosted externally with a URL, or must the full text be entered in the tournament setup?

The full T&C text must be stored directly in the tournament configuration. External URLs are not supported — Operators need to enter the Terms & Conditions inside the tournament record so they are displayed consistently in the widgets and landing page.

What are the recommended dimensions for the Large and Small tournament images?

The platform recommends uploading images in the following sizes:

• Large Image: 1265 × 250 px (used in desktop tournament detail views).

• Small Image: 400 × 150 px (used as thumbnails and in mobile widgets).

Can tournaments be imported in bulk (with objectives, rewards, and dates), or do they need to be created one by one?

Tournaments must be created individually in the backoffice. Bulk import via CSV or API is not supported in the platform.

Can personalized images (such as dynamic leaderboards) be embedded via URL parameters?

No. Tournament widgets and leaderboards do not support embedding dynamic or personalized images through URL parameters. All images must be uploaded to the Media Database in the specified Large or Small format to ensure proper display across widgets and the landing page.

What tie-breaker rules are used on tournament leaderboards?

In case of a tie, the system applies a “first to reach” rule — the player who achieved the result first secures the higher position. Other methods, such as highest wager or random draw, are not supported

Does the “Eligibility” label in the Tournament widgets support multiple languages, or is it limited to one?

The Eligibility field is optional and supports multiple languages (e.g., EN, DE, FR, IT). It allows Operators to display a short message in the Tournaments widget to inform players about participation criteria (e.g., specific Ranks or player groups). These languages can be configured in the Settings menu, specifically under the Core Features section.

Can Operators configure limited-time tournaments with progressive prize pools?

Yes. Operators can easily set up tournaments with a custom start and end date, making them limited-time events. Rewards are defined in the Leaderboard step, where prizes are assigned to the top positions. While the platform is designed with fixed prize configurations, Operators can create the feel of a progressive prize pool by using tiered reward structures or scheduling consecutive tournaments with increasing prizes.

How can Operators correct a tournament if the wrong end date was set?

Tournament dates can only be edited while the tournament is in Scheduled status. Once it becomes Active, the dates are locked. If an incorrect end date was set, the recommended approach is to cancel the active tournament and create a new one with the correct configuration.
