What are "Contributions"?

Contributions are the rules that determine how players earn:

• XP Points (used to level up and unlock features)

• Tokens (redeemable for rewards)

Whenever a player places a bet or achieves a win, a percentage of that action is converted into XP or Tokens.

What Is a Default Contribution?

Default contribution refers to the base percentage of a player’s bet or win (in either casino or sports) that gets converted into XP or Tokens. This conversion happens automatically with each transaction, using predefined percentages.

Example: If the default contribution is set to 10% for both XP and Tokens, and a player places a $100 bet, they will earn 10 XP and 10 Tokens.

Default Contributions vs Contribution Rules

• Default Contributions are the foundation—the base earning percentages.

• Contribution Rules let you override defaults, increasing or decreasing the XP/Token yield for certain games, categories, or scenarios.

  • Unlike defaults, Contribution Rules can be created and managed directly by operators in the Admin UI.

How Are Default Contributions Added?

Default contributions are not editable by operators. They must be provided via CSV or Excel file and configured by the Gamanza team.

This CSV File should contain at least the information defined in the following table:

contributorId	Unique identifier for the game or sport (must match gameCategoryId or sportName in transaction data)
contributorName	A descriptive name (e.g. “Football” or “SLOTS”)
percentage	Number between 0–100 (e.g. 10 = 10% of the bet/win will be converted)
contributorType	Either casino or sport

Default contributions can only be configured by our internal team.

XP & Token Contribution Settings

When setting contributions, different calculation methods can be applied. These settings define how XP Points and Tokens are calculated depending on whether bets use real money, bonus money, or both.

• RM: Real Money Amount

• BM: Bonus Money Amount
