Gamification
Gamification Global Configuration
The Gamification settings section allows you to define the fundamental rules of your platform's loyalty economy. Here, you configure how players earn currency (XP and Tokens), how player categories are calculated, and global behavior for the Reward Shop and Missions.
Path: Settings > Gamification
1. General Configuration
This section defines the core logic for earning points and classifying players. These settings apply globally across the platform.

Default Currency
Sets the primary currency used for displaying values within the gamification system.
Action: Select the desired currency code from the dropdown (e.g., EUR - Euro).
XP Points Settings
Defines the trigger and calculation method for how players earn Experience Points (XP). XP is typically used for leveling up and rank progression.
Options:
Total Bet Amount (RM Only): XP is awarded based on the volume of Real Money bets.
Total Bet Amount (RM & BM): XP is awarded based on the volume of both Real Money and Bonus Money bets.
Total Round Count (RM Only): XP is awarded based on the number of game rounds played using Real Money.
Total Round Count (RM & BM): XP is awarded based on the number of rounds played using either Real Money or Bonus Money.

Tokens Settings
Defines the trigger and calculation method for how players earn Tokens. Tokens are typically the "spendable" currency used in the Reward Shop.
Options: The calculation options are identical to XP Points Settings (Bet Amount vs. Round Count; Real Money vs. Bonus Money). This allows you to decouple rank progression from spendable currency accumulation if desired.

Player Category Settings
Determines the metric used to segment players into different categories (e.g., for VIP levels or segmentation).
Options:
Average Bet Amount (RM & BM): Calculates category based on average bet size including bonus money.
Average Bet Amount (RM Only): Calculates category based on average bet size using real money only.
Average Deposit Amount: Calculates category based strictly on the player's deposit history.

Sports Event Type Contribution
Specifically for Sportsbook integration, this setting defines when the contribution towards XP/Tokens is recorded.
Options:
Placed Bets: Contribution is counted immediately when the bet is confirmed.
Settled Bets: Contribution is only counted after the match/event has finished and the bet is settled.

Based on the detailed screenshots provided for Loyalty Opt Out and Reward Shop Custom Fields, here is the continuation of your Operator's Manual.
These sections deal heavily with player data retention and localization. I have structured the instructions to ensure the operator understands the difference between internal admin settings and what the player actually sees.
2. Loyalty Opt Out Configuration
This section manages the experience for players who wish to unsubscribe from the gamification/loyalty program. It is crucial to configure this correctly to ensure data compliance and gather user feedback.
Counter Reset Option
This setting determines the data retention policy for a player's gamification history immediately after they confirm their opt-out.
Access: Click Change next to Counter Reset Option.
Options:
Delete all counters after Opt-Out: (Destructive Action) This performs a hard reset. All XP, Tokens, Levels, and progress are permanently erased. If the player rejoins later, they start from zero.
Keep progress after Opt-Out: This "pauses" the account. The player stops earning points, but their historical data (XP, Level) is preserved if they choose to opt back in later.
Save: Click Update to apply the policy.

Opt Out Reasons
When a player opts out, they are presented with a survey to explain why. This section allows you to configure the options available in that dropdown menu.
Access: Click Update next to Opt Out Reasons.
Managing the List:
Add: Click + Add Option to create a new reason.
Remove: Click the Trash Icon (red bin) to delete an existing reason.
Configuring a Reason:
Internal Name: Enter a label for administrative reporting (not visible to the player).
Language & Description: You must provide the text shown to the player for every enabled language (e.g., English, German, French, Italian).
Note: There is a character limit (e.g., 160 characters) for the description.
Save: Click Save to confirm the text changes.

3. Reward Shop Configuration
Custom Fields
The Custom Fields section allows you to request specific information from a player when they purchase an item from the Reward Shop (e.g., "T-Shirt Size" for merchandise or "Shipping Address" for physical goods).
Access: Click Change next to Custom Fields inside the Reward Shop section, then click + ADD CUSTOM FIELDS.
Field Configuration:
Field Name: The internal system identifier for this data point.
Data Type: Select the format of the input required (e.g., Text, Number, Date).
Field Distribution: Determines the context in which this field appears (e.g., applied to specific item categories).
Is Required: Check this box if the player must fill out this field to complete the purchase. Uncheck it to make the field optional.
Localization (Player Facing):
Display Field Name: The label the player sees during checkout (e.g., "Select your Size").
Helper Text (Optional): Small instructional text to guide the player (e.g., "Sizes run small, please check the chart").
Save: Click Save to add the field to the checkout flow.

4. Player Card Configuration
This setting allows the Gamification platform to link directly back to your main Player Account Management System (PAMS). This is essential for support agents who need to jump from a player's gamification profile to their main account profile with a single click.
PAMS Player Card URL
Access: Click Update next to PAMS Player Card URL.
Configuration:
URL Field: Enter the direct URL structure used by your back-office system to view a player profile.
Dynamic Placeholder: You must use the placeholder
{{playerId}}within the URL. The system will automatically replace this tag with the actual ID of the player being viewed.Example: If your admin URL is usually https://admin.casino.com/users/view/12345, you should enter:
https://admin.casino.com/users/view/{{playerId}}
Save: Click Update to apply the link structure.

5. Missions Configuration
This section controls the global rules for Mission progress and the "Easter Egg" surprise mechanics.
Missions Settings
Defines which type of wagering activity contributes towards mission progress.
Access: Select the desired option from the dropdown menu.
Options:
Real Money: Only bets made with cash balance count towards mission completion.
Real Money and Bonus Money: Bets made with either cash or bonus funds contribute to progress.

Easter Egg Behavior
Easter Eggs are hidden rewards that appear within the Missions widget. This setting controls when the visual indicator (the egg) becomes visible to the player.
Access: Select the behavior from the dropdown menu.
Options:
Early Appearance: The egg icon is visible before the reward is actually claimable. This acts as a "teaser" to encourage the player to keep playing.
Late Appearance: The egg icon remains hidden until the player has fully met the requirements. It appears as a complete surprise when it becomes claimable.

Easter Egg Animations
Manage the visual assets and characters used for Easter Eggs (e.g., Fairies, Gnomes, Clovers).
Access: Click Update next to Easter Egg Animations.
Managing Animations:
Add: Click + Add Animation to define a new character or object.
Edit: Click the arrow next to an existing name (e.g., Clover) to expand its settings.
Fields:
ID: The unique internal identifier for the animation (e.g.,
clover).Name: The descriptive name used by operators to identify this asset.
Image: Enter the direct URL to the hosted image asset (e.g.,
.pngor.giffile hosted on your CDN or storage).
Save: Click Save to apply changes to the animation library.
