Web Push Notifications
Web push notifications are short, clickable messages sent to users through their web browsers or devices. They are designed to re-engage users and provide timely updates even when they are not actively browsing the website. Unlike traditional emails or SMS, web push notifications are instant and do not require personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers.
Step 1: Enter Notification Details
1.1. Navigate to ‘Details’
Begin by adding the basic details of the Web Push Notification Template.
Fill in the following fields:
Name: Provide a unique and descriptive name for your template.
Tags (optional): Add relevant tags for categorization or search purposes.
Description: Include a brief description of the purpose or content of the notification.

Step 2: Add Message Languages
2.1. Select Language
Add the language versions in which your Web Push Notification will be available. Click Add Language if you wish to include multiple languages.
2.2. Customize Message Content
For each language:
Upload an Image (recommended size: 360 x 240 px).
Upload a Logo (recommended size: 256 x 256 px).
Fill in:
URL: Specify the link to redirect users.
Title: Provide a concise and attention-grabbing title for the notification.
Description: Add a short description to provide more context.
2.3. Preview and Validate
Preview your message in the right-hand summary panel to ensure accuracy.

Step 3: Test and Save
3.1. Send Test (Optional)
In this step, you can send a test Web Push Notification to your browser to verify its appearance and functionality.
Select the Language you want to test and click Send Test.
3.2. Review Summary
Double-check the notification settings in the summary panel, ensuring all details, language content, and configurations are accurate.
3.3. Save
Once satisfied, click Save to finalize and store the Web Push Notification Template.
