PEP v2.9.0 Release Notes
We are pleased to announce the launch of version 2.9.0 of the Gamanza Player Engagement Platform. This release focuses on providing operators withgiving Operators more flexibility in reward management, clearer visibility across the Reward Shop, and enhanced configuration options for Tournaments and Missions. With these improvements, managing engagement becomes more dynamic, customizable, and aligned with diverse brand needs.
Reward Shop – New Prizeshark Mapping of Statuses
A new “Completed” status has been added for External Items in the Reward Shop, indicating that these rewards have been successfully delivered to players. All existing orders that previously ended with the “Shipped” status have been transitioned to “Completed.”
The Reward Shop statuses are now automatically synced with Prizeshark, ensuring consistent and up-to-date order tracking across both systems.

Reward Shop – Personalize Products by Brand, Rank & Country
Operators can now control where each product appears, and who sees it by Brand, Rank, or Country.
With enhanced Product Visibility settings, products can be made exclusive to selected players or displayed to all as motivational goals to unlock.
This improvement streamlines multi-brand management and enables smarter, more personalized product strategies.
Example:
A multi-brand operator can highlight a Gold Level Exclusive Bonus only for Brand A’s Gold players, while showing it as a locked reward to others , inspiring players to level up and engage more deeply with the brand.

Introducing External Rewards for Ranks & Missions
Invite your players to step beyond the screen with the new External Reward type.
This feature lets Operators grant real-life prizes such as raffle tickets, VIP experiences, or exclusive merchandise, directly through the Gamanza platform.
Turn in-game achievements into real-world excitement by rewarding top players with tangible prizes that build loyalty and deepen brand connection.
Imagine rewarding your top players with tickets to a live football match or a special edition item, transforming gameplay success into real-world excitement.
External Rewards for Tournaments—coming soon.

Player Card – Enhanced Add Reward Button
The Manual Reward button in the Player Card has been redesigned to give Operators greater flexibility. From the My Rewards section, you can now easily grant XP Points, Tokens, and Boosters, applying existing booster settings such as rate, timeframe, activation, and validity, all from one streamlined interface.

Reward Decline Option (Available via SDK Only)
With the new Reward Decline feature, the system prompts players to confirm whether they want to accept or decline a granted reward, adding a new layer of personalization and control to the player experience.
This enhancement empowers Operators to create more flexible engagement strategies while ensuring rewards truly match each player’s preferences.

Coming soon: Reward Decline Option for all customers, available without SDK changes.
Reward Translations – Add Terms & Conditions (Available via SDK Only)
Enhance transparency and localization with custom Terms & Conditions for rewards, now supported through the SDK. Operators can easily provide translated T&Cs so players always see the right information in their preferred language.
