Email templates
Email Template Library
This feature will allow the operator to review information on all existing templates. The Template Library’s table contains the following details:
Name: Name given to the Template.
Description: Details added to the template.
Language: Selected languages for the templates to be used on/sent.
Created Date: Exact day (DD/MM/YYYY) and time when it was created.
Created By: Username of the operator who created it
Options: Available options to manage the segment (Edit, Duplicate, Delete)
Edit: Access template and edit it.
Duplicate: Duplicate a template to use as draft.
Delete: Delete the selected template.

Creating an Email Template
To start a new email template, click on the Create Email Template button, located on the upper right-hand corner of the screen:
This will redirect the operator to a screen containing a step-by-step process to create and customize the template.
Step 1: Template Details
The Template Details Section contains basic information for the template.

Following are the basic information options you can find here:
Name: Name of the email template being created.
Tags (Optional): This field allows the operator to select tags from previously-made tags to differentiate the template.
Description: This comment box allows the user to include relevant information about the template.
Once the information is included, click on the Next Step button to move on to the next section.
Step 2: Email Details
The Email Details section will allow the operator to select remitting email, remitter’s name and the Reply to. The From Email and Reply to fields are drop-down menus which feed from the details included in the Settings area. To add/modify those details, refer to the Admin 2.0 Operation Manual, chapter Settings.

The From Name is the name of the Sender the players will see in their Inbox (For example: Casino, Casino Promotions, Casino News, Casino VIPs, etc.)
Once the information is included, click on the Next Step button to move on to the next section.
Step 3: Message Language
Message Language contains the main features for the creation of the template. Under its Creation Mode, the operator will decide whether to make the template using Visual Builder, or by adding/ editing the HTML Code.

How To Create a Template Using Visual Builder:
First, select the language under which the template will be created. Do this by clicking on the Add Language button just below the Creation Mode section.
Once clicked, the available options will be displayed.
Choose a language so the basic template may be populated:

The Visual Builder is a powerful and highly customizable tool. Each section will be described below

Subject Line: This field allows the inclusion of a text to name the email created. Additionally, there are further actions accessed by clicking on the icons located at the end of the field.
Placeholder: Clicking on the icon below dislays a list of placeholders showing diverse options (for example, AccountStatus, LastLogin, TagAssigned, etc.) Also, all placeholders may be copied using the button at the end of the field, in order to add them into Text sections.
Emoticons: This icon displays a menu full of emojis/emoticons
Preview Text: This field allows a quick preview of how the text will be displayed. This box also has the option to add placeholders and emoticons.
Email Blocks: The “Email Blocks” help the operator customize the different parts of the email. Each block may be edited, removed or added, as needed.

Many of these items are combined among themselves as a unique block, for convenience (e.g. Subtitle + Text + Image + Button, among others).
Editing an Image
To edit an image, click on it and it will display the following editing options:

Alternative text: this option refers to the alternative text of the image that will be displayed by the email client whenever an image cannot be displayed.
Image: this option allows the user to choose an image from the Media Database.
Image Link: this option allows you to add a URL to an image. Whenever the image is clicked by a player, it will redirect the player to that site.
Editing a Button
To edit a button, click on it and it will display the following editing options:

CTA Button: the text that will be inside the button.
CTA Link: this option allows you to add a URL to the button. Whenever the button is clicked by a player, it will redirect the player to that site.
Position: This will align the button to the left, right, or center.
How To Create a Template Using HTML Code:
Create a template using HTML code by selecting the language under which the template will be created. Do this by clicking on the Add Language button, just below the Creation Mode section.
Once clicked, choose among the available options; when selected, the editing area will be available.

As mentioned above, the HTML section will also have a subject line. It will have the same capabilities as in the Visual Builder section. The code may be modified and/or replaced in the editing box.
Once the information is included, click on the Next Step button to move on to the next section.
Step 4. Send Test (Optional)
The same procedure applies to all the additional languages (IT, FR and DE), if selected.

Include an email address and click on the Send Test button to send the email. All details included in the template may be reviewed by checking on the right-hand panel. Also, a preview of the email can be accessed by clicking on the Preview button located at the bottom of the same panel. The preview will show two versions of the email, one for desktop and another one for mobile.


Once the information is included, click on the Create button to save the data.
Email Template Archive
This feature allows you to recover previously deleted templates.

The table will display the same columns as its counterpart in the Template main menu (Name, Description, Language, Created Date, Created by, Tags and Options). The operator may take the following action.
