Missions for Regulated Markets

1) “Set & Celebrate Your Limits”

Idea: A one-time mission that rewards players for enabling RG tools before the holidays.

Tasks (all non-wager):

  • Set at least one limit (deposit, loss, or time) and keep it active for 7 days.

  • View play history / account statement in the last 7 days.

  • Complete a 3-question RG micro-quiz.

2) “12 Days of Safer Play” (Advent-style micro-missions)

Idea: A capped, daily sequence of micro-habits—no wagering requirements.

Example daily tasks (choose 6–12):

  • Enable/confirm a time limit; set a calendar reminder for a break.

  • Read a short “holiday RG tip” and acknowledge.

  • Take at least a 10-minute break after opening a game; claim the day’s “snowflake” only after the break.

  • Review last week’s activity; confirm you understand variance basics.

    Reward: Small XP per day; complete 7/12 days to earn a collectible cosmetic badge.

    Controls & compliance:

  • Daily claim windows and strict session/mission caps (e.g., 1 claim/day, total 7–12 claims).

  • Always surface self-exclusion and safer-play resources (consistent with RG org guidance on limits, breaks, and self-exclusion).

Reward: XP + a “RG Ally” profile frame; optional entry into a non-monetary raffle for site merch (avoid prize draws tied to stakes; keep T&Cs clear and transparent per Swiss promo norms).

4) “Cool-Off Streak”

Idea: Incentivize not playing continuously for short windows during the holidays.

Tasks: Choose a 12-hour or 24-hour cool-off window (player-initiated); claim a snowflake after the window expires without wagers.

Reward: XP only (no bonus, no stake multipliers).

Controls & compliance:

  • Offer only to players without risk flags; hard-cap to 2–3 claims across the whole campaign; show self-exclusion option prominently (aligns with RG guidance on voluntary exclusions and breaks).

Engage build:

  • Mission tracks RG actions; when completed, fire a webhook to your CRM/CSR system to log a donation; grant a thank-you badge only.


Guardrails (apply to all missions)

  • Eligibility: Swiss-licensed brand only; KYC verified; 18+; Swiss residency check; exclude self-excluded/blocked players.

  • No spend, no speed: No step should require deposits, time-on-device, or stake volumes; no leaderboards by wagering. (Aligns with RG tips on budgets, limits, and breaks.)
