1.1. Main Welcome Section:

At the top of the screen the user’s environment is highlighted as “QA,” indicating that the user is working in the QA environment. It changes depending on the environment the operator is working on.

1.3. Calendar Section

On the right side, a calendar is shown with the operator's current date.

3. User Profile Section

At the top-right corner, there is an avatar with the operator initials, along with a dropdown arrow that likely provides access to the user profile or settings.

This section of the Operator’s Manual provides an overview of the User Profile interface. This module allows operators to manage personal account details, regional settings, and security protocols to ensure account integrity and platform synchronization.


3.1. Profile Overview

The left-hand pane provides a visual summary of the active operator session.

  • Avatar Display: A circular badge displaying the user’s initials.

  • User Identification: Displays the full name (John Smith) and the assigned system role.

  • Role Badge: Indicates the current permission level (e.g., SUPER_ADMIN). This level dictates the range of tools accessible in the left-hand navigation sidebar.

3.2. Personal Information

This section allows for the management of identity and communication preferences.

Note: The Time Zone setting is critical as it dictates the scheduling and execution times for CRM and Message Gateway Campaigns. Ensure this matches your operational region to avoid timing errors in outgoing communications.


3.3. Security Settings

The Security module is dedicated to account protection and authentication methods.

Password Management

To update your access credentials, click the [Change Password] button. It is recommended to update passwords periodically in accordance with your organization’s security policy.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Status Toggle: Use the slider to enable or disable 2FA. Enabling this adds a mandatory second layer of verification during the login process.

  • Alternative Verification Codes: Once 2FA is activated, you can generate one-time use backup codes. These are essential for regaining access if your primary 2FA device is lost or unavailable.


Search Options

A search bar is visible near the top of the screen, labeled “Find Player by Player ID.”

At the top, there is a search bar labeled “Find Player by Player ID,” where users can input a query.

4.2. Exact Keyword Checkbox

At the top of the filter options, there’s a checkbox labeled “Exact Keyword.” Selecting this would likely narrow the search results to exact matches of the entered keyword.

4.3. Search Criteria Options

Below the checkbox, various radio button options allow users to refine their search by different criteria. The available options are:

  • Player ID (pre-selected)

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone

  • Username

  • Email

  • Language

  • Currency

  • Birth Date

  • Nationality

  • Country

  • City

  • Street

  • Postal Code

  • Registration Date

  • Verification Date

  • Registration Device

4.5. Search for All Players

To view all players, simply click on the search bar and press enter. A complete list of players will be displayed below.

The main workspace consists of a sortable table containing the following data fields for each player:

The full legal name of the registered user.

The exact timestamp (Date and UTC time) when the account was created.

Country

Displays the player's country flag and ISO code (e.g., FM, FR, FK, MA).

City

The specific city of residence provided by the user (e.g., East Kenny, New York).
