Campaign Analytics History
The Analytics System is a robust source of data related to the campaigns released by the operator and to their reach within the customer base.

Analytics
To reach the Analytics Section Login, click on CRM and select Analytics in the side bar menu.
Campaigns
After clicking on Analytics, the system will redirect you to the first data tab called Campaigns.

To the right of the Campaign tab is another tab called History.

This tab will display a library with the history for each one of the active campaigns. On the top left side of the library, there is a filter with the following parameters:
Date: The Date parameter provides the options: any, current month, last month, current year, last year and date range.
Channel: Two options, which are SMS or Email.
Status: This refers to the Campaign Status, which can be: processed, delivered, open, click, bounce, login, deposit, unsubscribe, bonus, frequency cap, sms error, email error, queued, sent, undelivered, unsent, failed, and dropped.
Player ID: This refers to the specific player ID.

The History Tab will contain the following data:
Status: This section displays the campaign status.
Name: This refers to the campaign name.
Player ID: This is the ID of the player.
Date: Refers to the date and time of the update.
Channel: The campaign channel used (SMS or Email).
History: This opens a left-screen modal with message information and event history.
